How care begins

Not a commitment, and not a form. We start by understanding what you are dealing with and whether we are the right people to help.

Screening
A first conversation about what brought you here and what you need. No commitment, and no cost to ask. If another provider is a better fit, we will say so and help you get there.

Assessment
A behavioral health professional completes a full assessment — history, health, supports, strengths, and risks — which becomes the basis of everything that follows.

Your plan
Written with you rather than for you. Goals in your words, interventions matched to them, and a schedule for reviewing whether it is working.

Treatment
Individual, family, and group work at the intensity your plan sets, adjusted as your circumstances change rather than at fixed intervals.

Moving on
Discharge planning starts long before your last session, with follow-up instructions, crisis instructions, and a door that stays open if you need to come back.

Your information is protected under HIPAA, and substance use treatment records carry additional federal protection under 42 CFR Part 2 — a stricter standard than most medical records receive.

Every patient receives a written statement of rights, has them explained, and can raise a complaint with any staff member or the Administrator and get a written answer.
